    The Putah Creek Fishing Access Sites are located on 88 acres, along a 3.5 mile stretch of Putah Creek and State Highway 128, 7 miles west of the town of Winters. The sites offer picnic tables, fishing, parking, and restroom facilities.
Monkey flower
Monkey Flower

The flower you are looking at is the sticky monkey flower, a native shrub that is frequently planted along hedgerows and in other restoration projects. Its flowers have petals shaped like a tube and it blooms July through September.
Caterpillar
To the left is a picture of the pipevine swallowtail caterpillar. The pipevine swallowtail is a native butterfly that as a caterpillar only feeds on plants in the pipevine family.
